My name is Charlie Rivers, and I’ve been interested in nutrition for more than 15 years.
During that time, I’ve seen how confusing food and healthy eating have become. We are constantly surrounded by new diets, rules, and “must-follow” advice. One day carbohydrates are the problem, the next day it’s fats, sugar, or something else. It’s easy to feel lost.
My goal is to help people find a simpler, more realistic approach to healthy eating. I don’t believe in extremes or perfect plans. I believe that when you understand what’s on your plate — protein, carbohydrates, fats, and how they work together — making good choices becomes much easier.
